Unlike the others, Alisync wants you can work with a fasted way, therefore we store your database on a private server.  Not only this helps secure your information but also increase the speed of website.

Because Paypal currently does not support for coupon code function, so we will send the discount to your Paypal balance after confirmation

Surely you can. You also can download all of your database. Alisync can give you an exporting function which allow user to download all the table as an excel file.

There are 2 cases:

1. Your recurring payment was canceled by some unknown reason.
2. You broke our rules in Term and Condition.

It will costs you from 15 to 25 minutes.

At 1 moment, 1 server can sync for 1 user otherwise it will cause incorrect result.

1. If you are a trial user: you are using a shared server, you are syncing while another user is syncing. => upgrade you plan.
2. If you are a paid user: Please don’t sync 2 user accounts at a same time.
3. None of these cases? The server is down, please get back in 15 minutes or contact for support

Aliexpress sometimes limits our calling request. Please get back after 30 minutes, if the issue is still exist, please contact us. We will take a look into your server.

When you enter an eBay ID which has shipping cost, Alisync will ignore shipping fee, just only show the price. We will improve our technical skill in future. Hope you can sympathize with us in this case.
